My Trading Plan is simply doing In-The-Money covered call on mid / large cap stocks (minimum capitalization of 1 billion) with minimum 1% returns per month of total capital.
Occasionally if opportunity arise will long biomedical stocks that are pending major upcoming event such as FDA approval, clinical trial, etc. This method of trading I call it biorunup
